$In\; this\; talk,\; we\; consider\; the\; diffusion\; equation\; with\; time-fractional\; derivatives\; of\; Caputo\; type.\; Fractional\; diffusion\; equations\; (FDEs)\; are\; proposed\; as\; new\; governing\; equations\; for\; the\; diffusion\; of\; contaminants\; underground.We\; first\; establish\; a\; mathematical\; model\; and\; derive\; FDEs\; from\; it.\; Next\; we\; introduce\; some\; obtained\; results\; for\; forward,\; inverse\; and\; control\; problems.\; Finally\; we\; will\; introduce\; some\; topics\; which\; are\; now\; in\; progress.[$
